Processing and Shipping Times
We ship to the following countries: The United States Only.
Flippin Ribbon will process your order within 1-5 days of receiving your payment. Items shipped via USPS First Class Mail take 3-7 days. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail take 2-3 days. Please note that once a package has been received by the USPS, we have no control over the arrival time.
All orders over $300 will be shipped with signature confirmation. This is for the customer's protection as well as Flippin Ribbon's.
You will be able to track your package at USPS.com . Enter your tracking number on the upper right. If at any time you are concerned that your order is lost in processing or shipping, please contact Mary at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Returns and Refunds
Returns: Please follow instructions carefully
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
- Ribbons and Resins MUST be in original form. DO NOT cut, wash or alter the product in any way!
- Enclose a copy of the invoice sent with your order. (If you do not have the invoice, you may still return. Please be advised, it may take a couple of extra days for the return to be processed and refunded.)
- Postage costs for the return are your responsibility. It is best to include tracking on your return. This will prevent any dispute on whether or not I received your item.
- Once processed, your refund will include the amount of the original sale, including the original shipping costs you paid.
- Please send all returns to Flippin Ribbon, c/o Mary Southard, PO Box 1895, Corsicana, TX 75151
- Your refund will be processed within 2-4 days of receiving your returned item. It may take longer if the packing invoice is not enclosed.
- If at anytime you need to reach me, please email Mary at firstname.lastname@example.org. I try to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Exchanges or Replacements
At this time, Flippin Ribbon does not process exchanges. Replacements can be processed if the item is still available. We try very hard to send out products with no flaws. Sometimes it happens. If you receive your products with a misprint or defect, please notify us. We will make every effort to make sure that you, the customer, are happy with your purchase. We appreciate you business!
If your items arrive damaged or not what you expected, please contact us immediately and retain the damaged packaging. Explain the issue. If possible, provide images. Again, we will work with you to correct the problem. We want all of our customers happy!

Flippin Ribbon collects appropriate sales tax for in-state sales only. Sales made within Texas will be charged 6.75% sales tax in accordance with state law. There is no sales tax collected when you purchase items from outside the state of Texas.
